Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are eligible under the following conditions:

  • The project has not been completed as per the agreed timeline and is delayed by more than 30 days.
  • The deliverables do not meet the agreed specifications as outlined in the SOW (Statement of Work) document.
  • Mutual agreement between SmileyHub.in and the client for discontinuation of services.
  • Refund requests should be raised before the developer initiates the work.
  • Refunds are offered only if the service provided violates our terms and conditions and the commitments given.

Refunds are not applicable if the client requests a refund for out-of-scope requirements. Additionally, if the project is delayed due to the client raising irrelevant queries, refunds will not be granted.

Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a written request via email to our support team at [email protected].
  2. Provide your project details, including the project number and reasons for the refund request.
  3. Our team will review your request within 14 business days and provide a response.

Partial Refund Conditions
Partial refunds may be granted in the following scenarios:

  • If a project is partially completed and the client decides to terminate the agreement.
  • If the client is dissatisfied with a portion of the services provided, subject to review and approval by SmileyHub.in.

Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable:

  • Custom development services once the project has commenced.
  • Domain registration and hosting fees.
  • Third-party services or products purchased on behalf of the client.

Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used by the client.

Changes to the Refund Policy
SmileyHub.in reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Clients are encouraged to review the refund policy periodically.

Refund Policy Exceptions
Exceptions to our refund policy include:

  • Projects delayed due to the client’s failure to provide necessary information or approvals.
  • Refund requests made after the completion and delivery of the project.
  • Any other conditions specified in the project agreement.

We do not provide refunds in cases where termination occurs due to the client’s unprofessional conduct or misbehavior.
